How it works
Submit your application
Fill in your details and tell us about your professional registration and insurance. You must work in a property-related profession to be eligible.
Upload your credentials
We ask for the documents relevant to your profession — RICS certificate, FCA authorisation, SRA practising certificate, IStructE membership, or trade-specific qualifications.
We verify everything
Our team checks your registration against the relevant public register and confirms your documents are current and valid.
Go live on the directory
Once approved, your profile appears in search results for clients in your area. Your listing shows a verified badge so clients know you've been checked.
Browse all property profession types
63 verified profession types across 8 categories — from surveyors and conveyancers to EV charging installers and fire risk assessors.
